Begin your weekend with a grounding blend of mindfulness and environmental awareness at the Garden of Meditation in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Start with a guided meditation focused on deep listening...tuning into birds and the bzzz of pollinators, while reflecting on the the sometimes inevitable noise pollution from city soundscapes. Afterward, join us for gardening as we care for this shared colorful space. You’ll also have the option to build your own bee house, supporting important habitats and urban biodiversity.
