Welcome to the Haus of Sweat, where fitness meets fantasy! We are thrilled to be teaming up with Summer on the Hudson this season to offer our signature class Bodyroll Aerobix.

Part performance, part therapy, part dance party, this flygxrl workout is a dance aerobics practice designed to empower your spirit, tone the body, and shed emotional weight. Learn how to bodyroll, booty pop, and dominate the dance floor all while sweating-it-out to a mixtape of nostalgic bangers! Our motto is Ur Body, Ur Haus, which symbolizes that when you connect to your own body you build the capacity to connect and support others. The Haus of Sweat is a chosen sweat family open to all bodies and all levels. Let’s Move As One through the arte of aerobics, and encourage each other to feel the fitness fame; cuz darling…you are a sweat star!

Highly encouraged to dress2express! Think Jane Fonda meets JLO flygxrl.

Hosted by Viva Soudan (Creator /Director)
