<![CDATA[TD Five Boro Bike Tour]]> Date: May 7, 2017

Held annually the first Sunday in May, the TD Five Boro Bike Tour is the world's biggest charity bike ride.

Produced by Bike New York, NYC's premier bicycling nonprofit, in association with the City of New York and the New York City Department of Transportation, this dynamic event draws 32,000 cyclists from around the world to pedal 40 miles through all five boroughs of New York City on totally traffic-free streets. After 40 years, it remains the best way for anyone—New Yorkers and visitors alike—to experience the streets of the Big Apple.

Using proceeds from the Tour, Bike New York has, over the years, taught bike skills to tens of thousands of kids and adults throughout the five boroughs. Our free bike education program is the largest of its kind in the country—every year, more than 17,000 kids and adults learn from us.

How to Register

Registration for the TD Five Boro Bike Tour is required to participate in the event, and is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will open at noon on January 10, 2017. Visit Bike New York's TD Five Boro Bike Tour page to register.
