Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system, able to fit about 1000 Earths inside of it. The planet is majestic, with fascinating atmospheric systems we’ve managed to analyze and capture beautiful photographs of. But the majesty doesn’t stop there. With over 60 moons, the Jovian system is possibly the most diverse in our entire solar system. From explosive volcanoes to icy mountains, come learn more about Jupiter and the beautiful diversity that surrounds it.

Come hear all about Jupiter in this illustrated talk by former intern at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab at CALTECH, Jaclyn Avidon.

Lecture followed by skygazing (weather permitting). Feel free to bring your own telescope or binoculars and set them up next to the experts!

Please RSVP on Eventbrite to reserve your seat.
