Senior and Adult Water Exercise Classes

Starting the week of October 10 – June 8

Water Exercise offers a stress-free time to swim, improve health and fitness by participating in an instructor led water exercise class and socialize with others, while enjoying the benefits of the water at the Parks indoor pools.

Total Body Conditioning at Flushing Meadows Corona Park Pool offers adults the opportunity to benefit from Aqua Total Body Conditioning, burning calories, sculpting muscles, improving strength, etc. Classes are held in a safe and fun environment and accompanied with the rhythm of the best music today.

All participants must be a Recreation Center member and present membership ID upon entering the facility.

Register at the pool during program hours.
