Description: Join the NYC Parks Stewardship team and the Natural Areas Conservancy for National Trails Day! During this event, volunteers will be installing trail markers at Kissena Park. If time allows, volunteers will also learn how to identify and safely remove invasive plants to help restore the forest and create a healthier ecosystem. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Face masks may be worn at your discretion. Space is limited and registration is required. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone
