NYPL - Clason's Point Library: Body Conditioning

Shape Up NYC is a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. You do not need to be a member of a recreation center in order to attend a class, though you must bring a lock for classes held at recreation centers. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!

Description: Get your body moving and grooving to the music with a Tabata style (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off) full-body conditioning workout. This class is open to all fitness levels with easy to follow moves that will tone, strengthen and help you build stamina, so come join us! Please bring water to stay hydrated throughout the workout.
