Brooklyn Public Library - New Utrecht: Bodyweight Training Fundamentals

Shape Up NYC is a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. You do not need to be a member of a recreation center in order to attend a class, though you must bring a lock for classes held at recreation centers. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!

Description: This class will help you to build strength and improve flexibility. All bodyweight exercises will help to alleviate minor aches and pain. By moving at your own pace you will be able to monitor your progress and remain motivated. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat. Instructor: Emmanuel
