Conference House Park: Kettlebell Kickstart

Shape Up NYC is a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. You do not need to be a member of a recreation center in order to attend a class, though you must bring a lock for classes held at recreation centers. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!

Description: Kettlebell Kickstart This beginner's class will focus on strength training, building endurance and improving balance and mobility using kettlebells. Each class will start with a warm-up and end with a cool down and in between we will have fun and work up a sweat learning the basics of kettlebell training. Instructor: Lynn
