Description: Easy-to-follow moves work the body and mind. Primarily developed for senior citizens or those who have ailments (temporary or longstanding) that prohibit them from standing for long periods of time. This class offers exercises in building endurance, improving balance, developing flexibility and strengthening muscles throughout the body.
