Fort Tryon Park: Cardio Blast Fitness

Shape Up NYC is a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. You do not need to be a member of a recreation center in order to attend a class, though you must bring a lock for classes held at recreation centers. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!

Description: High energy, all level intensity bootcamp style and circuit training workouts using body weight to burn, sculpt, condition, and tone. Meet in front of Fort Tryon Park sign at 192nd and Fort Washington Avenue (Margaret Corbin Drive). Instructor: Xiomara // For everyone’s safety we’re asking participants and instructors to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing of 10 feet during class. Wash your hands frequently and stay home if you’re sick.
