Free Adapted Swim Program for People with Disabilities

July 11 - August 19, 2016

The Adapted Aquatics program is free and offers aquatic exercise therapy that ranges from gentle water walking to aerobic-type exercise which improves range of motion, flexibility, mobility, muscle tone, coordination, focus and strength, as well as swim instruction that focuses on becoming comfortable in the water and learning basic swimming and safety skills.

Registration

Lottery registration begins on Monday, June 13 at 9:00 a.m. and closes on Tuesday, July 5 at 5:00 p.m. Winners are chosen at random. Applicants who are not chosen will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified by phone of the lottery results by Thursday, July 7. The waiting list will be used to replace anyone who drops out of the program. Replacements are chosen from the waiting list randomly.
