Marine Park Salt Marsh Nature Center Reconstruction

To revitalize the Salt Marsh Nature Center by reconstructing the building exterior, interior, and the surrounding landscape. The caretaker space will be converted to offices. The exhibit space will be upgraded with additional storage to facilitate rotating seasonal exhibits. The site work around the building will be reconstructed to provide ADA access and safe passage around the bluff perimeter.

Project Update: The schematic design for this project has been approved internally at Parks and is now going through review by the community board and external regulatory agencies for comment and approval.
