Thomas Jefferson Park
The Department of Parks & Recreation will provide an attendant during official operating hours. Each participant will be required to sign a waiver (those under 18 will need their guardian's signature) before being allowed to use the facility.
List of Skate Parks
|Thomas Jefferson Park Skate Park||East 114th Street and the FDR Drive, near the basketball courts||7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.||The skate park features ramps, rails, steps, two skate benches, and a platform area.||This is an unsupervised skate park. BMX bikes, inline skates, scooters, and skateboards are allowed. Large bikes are not allowed. Electric- or gas-powered bikes, skates, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed.|

Thomas Jefferson Recreation Center
New York City’s recreation centers and indoor pools remain closed to the general public until further notice to provide COVID-19 related services as well as free childcare options for children who are scheduled for blended learning. To learn more or to apply for the childcare program, please visit the New York City Department of Education’s Learning Bridges program page.
Once we reopen, NYC Parks will extend all existing recreation center memberships to cover the length of time we are closed to the general public.
