The Make a Splash Tour, presented by Phillips 66, is an initiative of the USA Swimming Foundation that brings USA Olympians to NYC Parks recreation centers. Swim champions like Cullen Jones and Jimmy Feigen will teach Learn to Swim participants for one day only.

Olympian Cullen Jones will be at St. Mary's Recreation Center in the Bronx. Jimmy Feigen will be at St. John's Recreation Center in Brooklyn. There will also be an event at Roy Wilkins Recreation Center in Queens.

Recreation Center members only may visit the centers to meet the Olympians. Swim lessons are not open for registration and are for children enrolled in the Learn to Swim program.
