 Skate Parks

The Department of Parks & Recreation will provide an attendant during official operating hours. Each participant will be required to sign a waiver (those under 18 will need their guardian's signature) before being allowed to use the facility.

To ensure the safety of workers and park users, access to Rockaway Beach will be closed from Beach 86th to Beach 110th Streets for approximately six weeks beginning April 8, 2019, while the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers begins sand dredging operations. The surf beach from Beach 87th to Beach 91st Streets will be closed. Please use the nearby surf beaches at Beach 69th Street and Beach 111th Street.
