Summer on the Hudson: Forest Bathing

We invite you to join us in reconnecting with nature by participating in a guided Forest Bathing experience. Allow yourself to connect with the park in a way you never have before.
The program includes a short, no more than a half-mile walk at a slow pace.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring water, snacks, and a towel or cushion for sitting on the ground.
Location
Participants will meet in front of River Run Playground at 83rd Street at 6:00 p.m. in Riverside Park. The guide will be wearing a purple and white backpack and will be stationed at the playground entrance.

Know Before You Go
The 79th Street Boat Basin marina is currently closed. No vessel dockage, moorage, anchorage or launch services are available. The marina will be dredged and reconstructed to modern codes and standards. The marina is anticipated to reopen in 2025.
