Participants are welcome to join NYC Parks and Poe Park Visitor Center for Hip Hop Blvd and other Artists and Hip Hop Organizations embracing and celebrating the history and culture of Hip Hop and Rap. Free performance, children activities, hip hop dancing, graffiti workshops and Vendors Come and meet the legends and hear their stories.
