New York City is home to an amazing abundance of wildlife. Our Urban Rangers will guide you to the best wildlife viewing spots in the urban jungle. We offer birding programs throught the year; our Exploration Series focuses on unique wildlife viewing opportunities during particular seasons.
Winter is the best time of year to spot owls as the leaves are gone, making it harder for them to hide, and the days are shorter, which is perfect for our nocturnal residents.
Please note: Registration is required for this program. To register, visit the Urban Park Rangers events registration page. Registration opens on December 13.
