Spring Creek Coastal Clean-up (REGISTRATION FULL)

Registration for this event is now closed.

Volunteer with the Natural Areas Volunteers (NAV) on Martin Luther King Day to clean up Spring Creek. Volunteers will help remove trash and debris from upland areas around Spring Creek Marsh. This work will help protect and maintain this important Jamaica Bay wetland habitat. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Please meet your NAV Tech Lead at the corner of 157 Avenue and 77th Street. Space is limited. Registration is required for this event.

Due to construction, swimming access is limited at Beach 116th Street until July. Beaches are fully open at Beach 86th Street, Beach 97th Street, and Beach 106th Streets.

Marine Park's tennis courts will be closed for the season due to construction.
