People's Theatre Project presents Theatre Fun in the Sun!

We love our parks and playgrounds - just like you! This summer, People’s Theatre Project is offering free theatre activities in Payson Playground for kids ages four to 10 and their adult family members. You and your child (or grandchild!) will play fun games and work together with a professional PTP teaching artist to make theatre inspired by our parks. Join us for one or more drop-in classes on Tuesdays from July 18 to August 8, and sign up for the mini camp!

3-Day Mini Camp (Registration Required)*
This mini camp will culminate with a short theatre piece created by the participants that will be presented for the community!
Dates: August 14 - 16: 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

*Register for FREE at Payson playground during our drop-in classes or at PTP.nyc.

In case of rain, activities will be held indoors at the Payson Park House.

This program is presented in collaboration with the Fort Tryon Park Trust and NYC Parks and is made possible by the generous support of the Hispanic Federation and the Miranda Family Fund.
