The indoor pool will be closed to patrons on Sundays only beginning on Sunday,June 30, 2019 through mid September 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please call the front desk at (212) 255-3705 for more information.
Chelsea Recreation Center
Beginning on Monday, September 17, 2018, we will start to renovate and modernize the center’s pool and family locker rooms, as well as select restrooms, to enhance your overall facility and pool experience. Lower level bathrooms, family locker rooms and both men’s and women’s locker rooms will be closed beginning September 17, 2018 for approximately 18 months. While we will provide temporary lockers, locker space will be limited. It is important to note that programming schedules will be modified during this time.
