Welcome to the Garden: Making a Sandwich Board Sign
Wednesday, September 25, 2019
5:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Please note: This event has already taken place. Please use the Search options on the right to find upcoming events.
In this workshop, we will brainstorm strategies for growing your garden group with community gardeners from around the city. We will also learn how to make a very simple, but very effective welcome sign that you can place on the sidewalk in front of the garden gate to invite neighbors and passersby to your community garden.
We will make and give away a limited supply of A-frame sandwich board kits to registered GreenThumb garden groups at this workshop.
RSVP required by Sept. 17 to be eligible for a sign kit, while supplies last.
