Information for Capital Contractors
How To Work With Us
We're always looking for qualified contractors and sub-contractors to bid on our projects. If you're interested in working on a New York City capital project, here's how you can get started.
Register as a City Vendor with PASSPort
The Mayor's Office of Contract Services' PASSPort portal makes it easier to register as a vendor with New York City. Register with PASSPort before bidding on new capital project solicitations.
Join the Pre-Qualified List
Some of our capital projects are only available to vendors who are already pre-qualified with us. Visit our Pre-Qualified List page to learn more about the types of projects that qualify and to apply for the list.
Find Subcontracting Opportunities
Some general contractors may be looking for available subcontractors to get involved with a project. Visit our Capital Bid Solicitations page to find a list of current projects and to express your interest in becoming a subcontractor.
Become DMWBE Certified
Our projects offer opportunities for Disadvantaged/Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise vendors. Visit our DMWBE page to learn more about how you can certify your DMWBE firm and find additional opportunities.
