NYC Parks Partners With Procter & Gamble Pet Care To Support Parks Citywide
NYC Parks officials and Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG) today announced they have entered into a new citywide partnership. The partnership includes the refurbishment or improvement of several dog runs across the City, and partnering with NYC Parks on future community events.

This unique partnership with P&G is an outgrowth of last year’s request for proposals issued by the Parks Department for a multi-year, citywide sponsorship of dog runs.
New York City has the largest urban park system in the nation, with nearly 30,000 acres of open space. There are roughly 4.2 million dog owners in the New York metropolitan area including the five boroughs and thanks to P&G, Parks will be able to refurbish some of New Yorkers’ favorite dog runs and provide vital support to community pet care programs.
This partnership announcement is part of series of New York events and experiences supporting the roll out of P&G's new campaign, the Everyday Effect. Through the largest consumer experiential event in the company's 175 year history, P&G is serving the daily needs of New Yorkers and inviting them to see how P&G products make everyday life better.
