Shape Up NYC Instructor Training
Have you ever wanted to become a fitness instructor, but you don't know where to start? Apply now to NYC Parks' 10-week training program that will give you the practical experience you need to become a fitness instructor for Shape Up NYC! When you complete your training and internship, you'll have all the tools you need to pass a nationally accredited certification exam.

Free Saturdays at Red Hook Recreation Center

Head on down to the Red Hook Recreation Center every Saturday in March to try out our center for free, and find out if it's right for you! With fitness activities, games, and full access to the cardio and weight rooms, there's a reason for everyone to visit!
