American Express “Serve2Gether” Community Planting Day
MillionTreesNYC is in its fifth year and we need your help to reach the goal!
Launched by Mayor Bloomberg and Better Midler in 2007, we are well on our way of reaching one million trees by 2017. With the help of volunteers like you, we have planted over 612,000 to date and we aren’t stopping yet!
Join the New York Restoration Project, American Express and MillionTreesNYC on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Co-Op City in the Bronx as we plant over 150 new trees. A light breakfast, lunch and everything you need to plant trees will be provided, courtesy of American Express.
