Flag football is a version of American football where the basic rules of the game are similar to those of the mainstream game, but instead of tackling its player to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag to end a down, and contact is not permitted between players; plus all participants will be given an opportunity  to participate in the NYC Parks Flag Football tournament. 

Join the Flag Football program at Hunts Point Recreation Center. Youth between the age of 6 - 12 will learn and develop the necessary skills of a sport that so many love; plus all participants will be given the opportunity to participate in the NYC Parks Flag Football Tournament

Flag football is a version of American football where the basic rules of the game are similar to those of the mainstream game, but instead of tackling its player to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag to end a down, and contact is not permitted between players; plus all participants will be given an opportunity  to participate in the NYC Parks Flag Football tournament.

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance acrobatics, and music. It was developed by enslaved Africans in Brazil at the begining of the 16 century. It is know for its acrobatic and complex manueuvers, often involving hands on the ground and inverted kicks.
