You can come with a team or you will be placed on a team.  You will set a goal on how much weight you want to lose by the holiday season.  Through exercise and coaching you will set off as a team to get to your desired weight. Fit test will be given to see how far you have reached your goals.

Children come learn the basics of ballet.    They must come in comfortable clothing. No jeans.  After attending a few classes you should purchase a ballet uniform.  If you don't have ballet shoes you can use your socks.

This program is part of our drop in out of school time.  Children can attend programs Monday - Friday 3:00-6:00p.m. They can come to one class or come to them all.

Dance classes are a mix between Jazz and Hip Hop.  Beginners welcome.  For youth 8 - 13 years old.
