The youth will have a chance to learn how to cat walk duck walk floor performance, hand performance, and the incredible Death drop, or in the work of Vogue Dip. Youth will also have a chance to perform for different events around the borough.

This class has been designed to make small lifestyle changes for real results. Participants will do various levels of cardio, breathing techniques, flexibility, and strength training, through bi-weekly funky easy-to-do routines using various genres of old school classics where everyone can sing along and bust their own groove to the best of their ability. This is a great foundation to move, grow strong, increase/ build confidence and live healthier. Classes are an inclusive judgment-free zone, open to the general public, differently abled, veterans and wounded warriors, and LGBTQ communities. Instructor: Elijah

While remaining focused on strengthening the mind-body connection, we will be strengthing both our physical fitness and cardiovascular wellness using an assortment of afro-caribbean popular dance, calisthenics, aerobics, kick boxing, stretching, HIIT, light weight training (1-5lb), mindful breathing, meditation, and happiness!
