On Monday, October 14, 2019, Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex will close at 5:00 p.m. in observance of Columbus Day.
The Ocean Breeze Track & Field also regularly hosts competitive events. Visit the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex's Schedule page to find an upcoming meet. The track may be closed during meets, as well as before or after a meet to help set up or clear the event. Check the schedule below to find upcoming open track hours.

Sit & Fit

Participants will be able to join in the fun by moving and grooving to three fun songs during this class.  This routine will have you working up a sweat by lifting light dumb bells throughout the class to strengthen your upper and lower body muscles as well as tone those abs!  Assistance will be provided with the use of a chair as an anchoring tool.

Unravel & Unwind targets calisthenic based static and dynamic stretching. It will challenge the participant to strengthen all areas of the body with only body weight resistance. The focus is on targeting postural imbalances and use stability based movements to perform symetrical body positioning.

Wave Runners is open to boys and girls ages 7-17 years, and all youth track members will have the benefit of training on our world class, state of the art indoor track.
