Participants will be able to join in the fun by moving and grooving to three fun songs during this class.  This routine will have you working up a sweat by lifting light dumb bells throughout the class to strengthen your upper and lower body muscles as well as tone those abs!  Assistance will be provided with the use of a chair as an anchoring tool.

Train like a beast!  The majority of this hour will be devoted to rugged and raw workouts such as monkey and bear crawls, back stretching like a cobra, mountain climbers, crab walking, and much more.  We will utilize body weight exercises to strengthen participants' total body and to help all participants tap into their wild side.  Participants will build lean muscle, and burn fat.  Be prepared to work a sweat on all fours and train like an animal!

Many teens do not have the knowledge or resources to start a fitness routine of their own. We will  teach how to start and maintain healthy life long habits -  such as fitness assessments, individualized programming, and program maintenance. Students will learn how to properly use a wide range of equipment, and how to set goals, start a routine, and make progress.
