Shape Up NYC: Dance Fitness with Two-two

This class features aerobic movements and steps with empowering music from many international artists. For effective cardio workout, different styles of music will be incorporated to fit everyone's fitness level. Dance steps and movements include but not limited to: hip pop, reggae, salsa, soca, merengue, mambo, Fuji, waka, juju, afro-juju, and apala.
