Olympic weightlifting is a type of weightlifting aimed at lifting maximum weight.  It is mastered by gaining strength through practice and using techniques to effectively lift the barbells.  For ages 14 and over.

This program requires registration and a $50 program fee.

Shape Up NYC: Dance Fitness

An exciting workout that uses easy-to-follow dance steps to increase cardiovascular fitness and tone the body. This instructor is part of the NYC Parks Fitness Instructor Training Program.

Shape Up NYC classes are FREE and available to those who are not Recreation Center members. Please bring a key lock to secure your belongings.
