The name is both a description and a goal! This is a 30 minute to 1 hour, intensive class that focuses on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility. An exciting workout that uses easy-to-follow dance steps to increase cardiovascular fitness and tone the body. This instructor is part of the NYC Parks Fitness Instructor Training Program.

Shape Up NYC classes are FREE and available to those who are not Recreation Center members. Please bring a key lock to secure your belongings.
