The name is both a description and a goal! This is a 30 minute to 1 hour, intensive class that focuses on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Sunrise Circuit Training

Sunrise circuit training is an exercise class especially designed for seniors who want to get moving! This class is a safe full body workout that focus on functional movements a person would have to perform in their day to day activities. Students should expect mobility work, core strengthening and improved balance by practicing exercises that challenge their body without being overly strenuous. Students will work with resistance such as dumbbells, body bars, bands, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls. Body weight excercises and low impact conditioning is included as well.
