Teen Fitness

Basic knowlege and saftey tips on weight training and weight training for teens.  Taking them into the weight room and showing them each machine and how to use the free weights. Teaching them how to build a workout routine for themselves.

Must be 16 years of age to participate. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Bring water, towel and lock.
