Super Stretch and Tone

Super Stretch and Tone starts by utilizing light weights to define the total upper body, then moves on to a mixture of floor and standing exercises work to target the thighs, seat, back, and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.

Super Stretch and Tone creates muscles that are toned and lengthened, not big and bulky.  After about 10 consecutive lessons, your legs look leaner, your butt looks firmer, your abs become stronger, and your shoulders, arms and chest become defined.

This class is open to both men and women of all levels.

NYC Parks and the Madison Square Garden Company are teaming up to present the Junior Knicks Basketball League. The NYC Parks Jr. Knick Basketball Clinics and League is a competitive league free for the participant in your borough for boys and girls, ages 7 through 17.

The NYC Parks Junior Knicks Basketball Clinics and League uses the game of basketball to unite boys and girls from across New York City, and providing a positive, structured environment for self-improvement, personal growth, and community development. This year, more than 180 teams will participate in 8U Coed,10U Coed 12UBoys, 12 Girls, and 17 U Boys, 17 U Girls age divisions across the five boroughs. Instructional Clinics are featured in each borough that will provide an opportunity regardless of skill leave an opportunity to have a positive basketball experience followed by a league in each borough. Teams will play intra-borough weekly round robin schedule and then compete in intra-borough tournaments culminating the program with a Citywide Championship.
