45 minutes of Senior Cardio Fitness. Session starts with 7 minutes stretching and warm-up using large range of motion movement with arms and legs with use of light weights, to increase heart rate to prep body for low-impact 30 minutes of cardio segment, which entails a combination of choreographed dance moves, while incorporating the musculoskeletal system. The session ends with 8 minutes cool-down and stretches.

Badminton

Badminton is a racket sport played using rackets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side). Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach; formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Points are scored by striking the shuttlecock with the racket and landing it within the opposing side's half of the court.Each side may only strike the shuttlecock once before it passes over the net. Play ends once the shuttlecock has struck the floor or if a fault has been called by the umpire, service judge, or (in their absence) the opposing side.

Total Body Tabata is high-intensity interval training that builds endurance and strength. Tabata's format includes 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest that is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes to tax both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and decrease body fat. Improve cardiovascular strength and flexibility through the use of basic, intermediate, and advance kettlbell movements and by incorporating the "Tabata System," a period of active work plus rest, i.e., 2 to 4 minutes of work, with 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest for the designated 6, 8, 10, or 12 rounds.  The order of exercises will change, alternating between 30 seconds to 1 minute per exercise for each round to enable the body to adapt, resulting in faster improvements.

This free program provides: 1) aquatic exercise therapy that ranges from gentle water walking to aerobic-type exercise which improves range of motion, flexibility, mobility, muscle tone, coordination, focus and strength 2) swim instruction that focuses on becoming comfortable in the water and learning basic swimming and safety skills.
