Improve cardiovascular strength and flexibility through the use of basic, intermediate, and advance kettlbell movements and by incorporating the "Tabata System," a period of active work plus rest, i.e., 2 to 4 minutes of work, with 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest for the designated 6, 8, 10, or 12 rounds.  The order of exercises will change, alternating between 30 seconds to 1 minute per exercise for each round to enable the body to adapt, resulting in faster improvements.
