Track & Field Team Events - 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, Shotput, Long jump and Turbo Javelin, Relays. Biomotor abilites will be develop. Speed, Strength, Stamina, Suppleness and Skill. Participants should have sweatsuit for outdoor practices in cool weather. Practices are held at Thomas Jefferson Park.

Rising NYRR  is a program in collaboration with New York Road Runners that records weekly mileage of participants. Prizes are based on total mileage completed over the course of 12 weeks.
