Participants should have sweatsuit for outdoor practices in cool weather. Practices are held at Thomas Jefferson Park.

Rising NYRR  is a program in collaboration with New York Road Runners that records weekly mileage of participants. Prizes are based on total mileage completed over the course of 12 weeks.
