 Is an abs class that deals with equipment building and strong and abdominal muscles and lower back by continuing with reps teaching students proper form to get the most out of their work out. Equipment used for this class is a Matt a medicine ball and cones. Students watch me demonstrate the exercise then proceed with a goal amount of repetitions to meet.

A full body conditioning and endurance building class by doing stations of exercise using a wide variety of current equipment to build muscle, firm up and break a sweat to slim down. There are six exercises stations members spend one minute at each station then get a 15 second break in between each exercise. Once all six exercises are complete and minute break is given for members to rest and recover. Members go through six cycles of the same six exercises in the duration of the class.

 Is an abs class that is set up to form an intense her class from the beginning intermediate class this class strengthens the abs and lower back with timed exercises all with body weight no equipment except a mat. Students are given one minute for each exercise. There's three sets of exercises in total the first two sets are done twice and the last set which is the most intensifying set is done once focusing on all aspects of the core muscles which include upper and lower abs oblique’s and lower back.

Medicine Ball Madness

 Is a total body workout using an assortment of medicine balls as a key component this helps build muscle burn fat and slim down with this crazy circuit class. This class only has four exercises in it again with only using a medicine ball as the key component to the work out, each exercise is 30 seconds long members have 15 seconds to get to the next station. After completing all four exercises there was a 30 second break at the end as you can see this is a very fast paced class we go to 12 to 14 cycles of this class in the hour that I teach it. This is also a very popular class among adults and seniors.
