Medicine Ball Class

 Is a total body workout using an assortment of medicine balls as a key component this helps build muscle burn fat and slim down with this crazy circuit class. This class only has four exercises in it again with only using a medicine ball as the key component to the work out, each exercise is 30 seconds long members have 15 seconds to get to the next station. After completing all four exercises there was a 30 second break at the end as you can see this is a very fast paced class we go to 12 to 14 cycles of this class in the hour that I teach it. This is also a very popular class among adults and seniors.

RY102 Intro to Audio Production

You become the DJ when you learn to use audio editing software. Students are offered hands-on lessons in audio recording. Students are invited to record their own music, poetry, stories, or lyrics while learning about the recording process at the same time.
