Getting an intense seat by doing a timed circuit of exercises, 8 times. 2 circuit of 30 seconds each. , 2 circuit of 60 seconds each and 2 circuit of 90 seconds each. Incorporating equipment in the circuit for verity and to create intensity in workout.
