Introducing kids grade 4-9 to the fun of running at a young age is a great way to help them develop healthy habits that will remain for life.  This program for athletes of all ability levels is committed to teaching the sport while making it fun.  Led by trained coaches, athletes will participate in : 50 meter spring, standing jump, ball throw, shot put, javelin throw and relays.

Tabata Fusion is a dynamic cardio, strength, balance & conditioning experience using "Tabata" inspired intervals. Tabata is high-intensity interval training that builds endurance and strength. Tabata's format includes 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest that is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes to tax both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and decrease body fat.
