Adult Lap Swim

The swimming pool is open for adult lap swimming. We have three lanes to accomodate the different paces our members swim at.

The indoor pool is 30 feet wide and 75 feet long and ranges from 3.5 feet deep to 8.5 feet deep. A swimming cap is required of all swimmers.

Aqua Aerobics

Low to high-impact aerobics class held in the shallow and deep end of the pool. These classes utilize the resistance and buoyancy of water to tone the muscles while protecting the joints.

The swimming pool is open for members to exercise or use the pool for recreational swimming.

The pool is 30 feet wide and 75 feet long and has a depth range from 3.5 feet to 8.5 feet.

All swimmers are required to wear a swimming cap.
