Tai-Chi Chuan (Grand Ultimate Boxing) is an ancient Chinese martial / healing art. The first part of each class will focus on the healing aspects of various chi kung forms and movements. The second part of the class will still focus mainly on health, however, many of the martial arts aspects of the Tai-Chi form will be analyzed and trained solo and with partners. Twice per week for 45 minutes.
