Ginkgo at Crocheron Park

The ginkgo at Crocheron Park has long been associated with William M. Tweed, the notorious Tammany Hall "Boss", who hid at the house of the Crocheron family after escaping from the Ludlow Street Jail. The property was subsequently acquired by New York City.
