Royal Paulownia at the New York Botanical Garden
The royal paulownia at the New York Botanical Garden is located south of the Howell Family Garden overlooking the cherry collection. The species is native to China and is also known as the "Princess Tree" because a Russian princess was said to have first introduced it to the West.
