In pursuit of good health? Learn the life a runner! Running provides an efficient full body workout, stimulates the heart and improves your sleep amongst many other perks. Whether your training for a 5K, preparing to run a marathon or simply looking to make running easier on your body the form cannot be overlooked. This class will provide proper tips to help maintain proper running technique and breathing while getting that 3-5 mile morning run in!
