Your body hears everything, what are your abs saying to you? Class will start with the Pilates ring also known as the magic circle for an upper and lower ab burning workout. The harder you press the ring, the more you engage your muscles. Scissor kicks, leg lifts, v-ups, bicycle crunches, jack knifes and more is the perfect blend of exercises to work the abs and obliques with focus on breathing too. You will see and feel a huge change in your core development after your commitment to this intense class.
