Everyone in life needs balance, why not start here? This class consists of popular stretching and balance poses on a off the mat. Such examples are downward facing dog, seated twists, spine stretches, child's pose, kneeling hip flexor stretches, standing eagle, tree and more! These poses are great for extra energy and are a perfect alternative when your reserves are running low. The stretching allows greater freedom of movement and improved posture while releasing muscle soreness and tension.
