Midori & Friends presents a Mother’s Day celebration for the whole family featuring Alsarah & the Nubatones and the Villalobos Brothers.

Alsarah is a Sudanese-born singer, songwriter, and ethnomusicologist, and together with the Nubatones she enchants audiences with East African retro-pop, proving that soul transcends cultural and linguistic barriers. The Villalobos Brothers are one of today’s leading Contemporary Mexican ensembles. Their original compositions and arrangements masterfully fuse and celebrate the richness of Mexican folk music with the intricate harmonies of jazz and classical music.
