Our monthly STEAM workshops are FREE for families and children interested in joining us for fun hands-on activities based on an education approach that combines Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics.

Come to the lab of famed inventor Lewis Latimer at the Lewis Latimer House Museum to make an invention of your own! Use your imagination to come up with a great idea, then explore the design process from start to finish as you design and build your invention.

This workshop will be led by educators from ArchForKids, which provides engaging experiences in design with many different venues e.g. Grinton I. Will Public Library, Larchmont Public Library, Rye Free Reading Room, Brooklyn Public Library, etc.
